Team Totals, Player Props and other Season Long Picks
The NFC South sure is a division. There are two clear teams just so far ahead of the others, that it should produce two playoff teams in the relatively weak NFC.

2024 Preview
Well, it can't get much worse for the Panthers. Years from hell can build character! However, there is real reason to have hope. Dave Canales saved Baker Mayfield, and there's reason to believe that he can save Bryce Young. The Panthers went out and improved the offensive line by signing Damien Lewis and Robert Hunt. Those tow being bookended by IkemEkwonu and Taylor Moton should produce an average offensive lien at worst. Dinotae Johnson is a very talented receiver that is valuable as an X. Adam Thielen is a consummate professional and rookie Xavier Legette should perform very well not having to face focused coverage. The same goes for rookie TE Ja'Tavion Sanders who was a weapon for the Longhorns that should continue to be a weapon that forces awkward matchups. Chuba Hubbard and Miles Sanders are a dynamic running back duo. Bryce Young should be better in a stable environment with a coach that wants be there and wants to coach him. Frank Reich was a disaster, regardless of how much of a clown David Tepper is. Reich was awful and Canales should be a direct improvement. Bryce Young has a chance to show off his point guard style of passing and Canales will paly to his strengths.
The defense should keep the Panthers in games. Derick Brown is a monster inside and the addition of Jadeveon Clowney will make their front ferocious against the run. Shaq Thompson is returning from injury and he should continue to be a great player in coverage and the run game. Josey Jewell is a solid run stuffer that can plant and get downhill with the best of them. He's a liability in coverage, but as long as he's not put into position to fail, he won't fail. Jaycee Horn is also returning from injury and if he can get a full season under him he will show that he's one of the most talented CB's in the NFL. Donte Jackson and Jordan Fuller have been brought in to reinforce Troy Hill and Xavier Woods. This unit is solid. It should be average at worst. If it's average at worst,. it will set the offense up to succeed, and hopefully Bryce Young does succeed.
Over or Under
Over. 6-11 feels right. It's clear improvement, 4 wins is quite a dramatic improvement, while also indicating that they need some more pieces to truly get over the hump
Player Prop
If Bryce Young is awesome, sometimes voters will vote for someone who was bad and then is good for comeback player of the year. Young at +4000 is a funny pick for that

2024 Preview
The Falcons have to win the division. Anything less is a failure. They finally have the quarterback and they then proceeded to light their draft on fire, like they were in some sort of fugue state that makes no sense for a team that's trying to compete. They're trying out two timelines but if you have two timelines you don't have one.
For 2024 they have Kirk Cousins taking the helm behind the best offensive line in the NFL. There is not a stronger unit than Jake Matthews, Matthew Bergeron, Drew Dalman, Chris Lindstrom, and Kaleb McGary are the best group in the NFL and it's particularly close. They an run any type of run scheme and pass pro to success. Drake London, Bijan Robinson, Tyler, Allgeier, Darnell Mooney, Rondale Moore, and Kyle Pitts in theory are a dynamic offensive group. They could have drafted Rome Odunze or Dallas Turner, but they opted to light that pick on fire over something productive for 2024. Barring injury, this offense is a top 5 potential unit that will thrash their 3rd place schedule. With injury??? There's no depth to be found and it will go poorly.
The defense should be good. Mediocre at worst. They don't have any poor player and they have 2 outstanding players among their solid group. Lorenzo Carter, Grady Jarrett, David Onyemata, and Matthew Judon should be a great front 4. AJ Terrell, Dee Alford, and Mike Hughes are a solid top 3 corners. Kaden Ellis and Troy Andersen are good at getting downhill and stuffing the run but are lacking in coverage. Good news for the Falcons is that Jessie Bates is the best Free Safety in the NFL and Justin Simmons is a professional they come on the strong side. All in all this unit is good. They need to stay healthy because they lack depth, but if healthy they won't lose games for the offense.
Over or Under
Over. If they don't win at least 10 games something went horribly wrong and the front office should get canned for lighting a loaded draft on fire ion favor of having tow timelines
Player Prop
Bijan Robinson at +2000 is awesome for OPOY. If he gets to 2,000 yards from scrimmage he'll likely win the award.

2024 Preview
Well, The Saints are in a box. They are in cap hell. They are the oldest team in the NFL. They already lost Ryan Ramcyzk for the year. Erik McCoy is the shining star among a poor offensive line. Chris Olave is very good. Rashid Shaheed is sporadically interesting. Cedrick Wilson Jr is alright, but he's not anything game changing. The true issue is wondering if anything can be done behind Taliese Fuaga, Lucas Patrick, Cesar Ruiz, and Trevor Penning. Alvin Kamara is long in the tooth, especially for a running back, and Derek Carr has issues elevating those around him, and what's around him is not particularly great. Spencer Rattler and Bub Means are interesting, but who knows if they'll see the field. Dennis Allen is peculiar.
The defense hould stil be good. Demario Davis, Cam Jordan, and Carl Granderson are great. Paulson Adebo, Marcus Lattimore, and Tyrann Mathieu are all good and can be great. The issue is that they have 3 incredibly weak points. Brian Breese was incredibly disappointing in year 1 and he can be run at with ease. Without Kool-Aid McKinstry Alontae Taylor has to play the slot and he can be abused there. The lack of Marcus Maye means Will Harris will be getting snaps at safety and he is just not cut out for that many snaps. It's just not a good spot to be in, with such obvious issues on an otherwise solid.
OVER OR UNDER
Under. They're old. They have no true youth on the team to elevate the roster. There's a real chance they bottom out and start swalloing their poison cap pills and start the rebuild
Player Prop
Chris Olave Most Receiving Yards is at +2000. If the Saints are to have a functional offense, him being Superman will be the reason.

2024 Preview
The Bucc's had to deal with some roster churn, but they maintain the core of a division winning, and playoff game winning team. They're being very undervalued due to Falcons hype, and bare minimum the Buccaneers have a lot of consistency and some very well proven players on defense, which you can't say for the Falcons. Baker should be good with Liam Coen taking over as OC. The top 3 receivers being Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Jaelen McMillan is awesome for any offense. Graham Barton is as NFL ready as a rookie Center can be, and having Tristan Wirfs and Luke Goedeke as OLine bookends makes life easier for everybody else. Rachaad White is very solid and the addition of Bucky Irving will allow for White to get much needed respite for drives. The offense should be very good this year again.
The defense got better. Devin White is not a good linebacker, he just racked up tackles chasing down running backs after blowing gap assignment over and over again. Lavonte David has shown no signs of slowing down and having a partner in Kenny Britt who will actually maintain his assignment will be a welcome change. Jemel Dean is still a good numebnr 1 corner anmd Antoine Winfield Jr challenges Jessie Bates for the number 1 safety in the NFL. Jordan Whitehead and Bryce Hall are welcome reinforcements from the Jets. The backend should hold up long enough to allow Calijah Kancey, Vita Vea, Yaya Diaby, and Joe Tryon-Shoyinka to force some pressures and negative plays. The defense has a chance to be better than last year's and the best since the 2020 season.
Over or Under
Over. I think they'll win the division at at least 11 games
Player Prop
If the NFL ever ends up handing out to DPOY to a safety, Antoine Winfield Jr at +15000 is as good as you'll get it.
