WE WILL WIN THESE BEST BETS
Minnesota Vikings(-2.5) @ Pittsburgh Steelers
DK -115
FD -112
The Vikings will smother the Steelers. The Patriots defense sufficiently shut down the Steelers' offense and that was with giving them all sorts of extra possessions. The Vikings defense will absolutely dominate the Steelers. Aaron Rodgers also does not have a great road performances, one of which was a loss against the Vikings, coincidentally.
New Orleans Saints @ Buffalo Bills(-16.0)
DK -115
FD -112
I'd need to see -30 before I even consider betting on the Saints. They're just that bad.
Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans UNDER 38.5
DK -112
FD -108
I have no clue whatsoever where the points are coming from. This game is going to be vile. Give me the under.
Cleveland Browns @ Detroit Lions(-9.5)
DK -110
FD -110
Similarly to the Saints at Bills, I cannot in good faith bet on the Cleveland Browns in any capacity. I know they smothered the Packers, but I don't think that level of defense is sustainable, especially against such a balanced Detroit offense. Give me the Lions.
Washington Commanders(-2.5) @ Atlanta Falcons
DK -115
FD -112
I cannot bet on a team that got skunked by the Panthers. Simply cannot, will not do it. Marcus Mariota is a more than serviceable backup and I do not trust the Falcons whatsoever.
Philadelphia Eagles @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers(ML)
DK +154
FD +158
The Eagles have a tough time in Tampa. The reinforcements have arrived in Chris Godwin and Tristan Wirfs for the Buccs. The Eagles defense will have a hard time corralling all of the great skill players the Buccs feature and I think the weather will wear out the Eagles well before the Buccs get worn out. Give me Tampa.
Carolina Panthers @ New England Patriots OVER 43.5
DK -105
FD -105
Neither defense has really shown a great ability to completely shut down a team that can move the ball. I do not count the Falcons because they operate out of the pistol like a high school team. Honestly we have two young QBs that are showing promise and I think we see a game that's in the 20s.
Los Angeles Chargers(-6.0) @ New York Giants
DK -112
FD -110
Jesse Minter defense against a rookie QB making his first start. The Chargers are going to run roughshod over the Giants. Go Chargers
Jacksonville Jaguars @ San Francisco 49ers OVER 46.5
DK -110
FD -110
Brock Purdy is back so that means points are back on the table. The Jaguars have also shown that they can score the ball. I also think that no Nick Bosa is a massive blow to the 49ers defense and that will allow the Jags to move the ball at will. I like the over here.
Indianapolis Colts @ Los Angeles Rams(-3.5)
DK -115
FD -105
The Colts have shown to be really good. I think they are very much in the driver's seat when it comes to the AFC South. The Rams are a different animal than the Dolphins, Broncos, and Titans. I think that the Rams can exploit the Colts defense and can shut down Indiana Jones in ways that these other teams just couldn't. Love the Rams here.
Chicago Bears @ Las Vegas Raiders OVER 47.5
DK -120
FD -115
The Bears and Raiders do not have good defenses. These offenses have had their flashes and I think this game ends up in the 20s. Love the over here.
Baltimore Ravens(-2.5) @ Kansas City Chiefs
DK -120
FD -115
I can't bet on the Chiefs against any team of quality. They've played disgusting football for 2 seasons, going on 3 and even though they have stepped up in big games in the past, we've seen them flop against the Chargers and Eagles. The Ravens, bare minimum, can move the ball. The Chiefs have not shown that capability. The Ravens looks better and have played better opponents, give me them against a Chiefs team that looks stuck in the mire.
Green Bay Packers(-7.0) @ Dallas Cowboys
DK -105
FD -118
I have no idea how the Cowboys can win this game. Packers by a dillion.
