IT'S CUPCAKE WEEK AND WE EAT THOSE UP AS BEST BET WINS.
San Jose State @ Texas(-36.5)
DK -105

This game will be a blood bath. There is no reason to think that the Longhorns won't mangle the Spartans to get their spirits back up.
Illinois(-2.5) @ Duke
DK -112
FD -115
There is not a slight against Duke as much as it is an endorsement of Illinois. Bret Bielema has turned the Illini around and they are primed to threaten a playoff spot in a much more real way than Indiana did last season. I think that the sheer beef of the trenches will be too much and the experience of Luke Altmyer win the day.
Ole Miss(-9.5) @ Kentucky
DK -108
FD -105
Kentucky is really bad. I don't know if the average bettor knows that Mark Stoops is basically waiting to be fired. He's the greatest coach in their history but he's done. Meanwhile Ole Miss needs to make the playoff and giving a thrashing to a conference opponent will be a good stepping stone. Give me the Rebs.
Tulane(-13.5) @ South Alabama
DK -105
FD -110
Tulane is the favorite to be the Group of 5 team making it to the playoff. They've been very good for a solid 5 years now and I think they take care of business against a frisky South Alabama squad that will look to go bowling. Mahki Hughes is also a legitimate day 2 prospect and teams that aren't in the power conferences don't know how to do that. Give me the Green Wave.
