Chicago Bears @ Carolina Panthers OVER 47.5

The Panthes defense is nothing special and Bryce Young has shown a great capacity to put up points. The Offense should be rock solid coming into 2026. The Bears Offense will be fine. Their offensive line has taken a step back but it's not disastrous. The young core of Loveland, Odunze, and Burden will make life easy for Caleb Williams as well. The issue, the Bears defense is terrible on paper. They have no secondary or pass rush and that's a really bad combination for a team looking to stop teams from scoring points, which is the point of defense. I'm predicitng fireworks in Charlotte and a big scoreline, likely one of the only big ones of the day.

Baltimore Ravens @ Indianapolis Colts UNDER 47.5

I think that a combination of the Ravens lacking explosive players beyond Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, with their mediocre offensive line, with it being the first game for the new coaching staff will lead to a conservative gameplan and low score. Daniel Jones is coming off a big knee surgery and I think that the Colts will similarly lean on Jonathon Taylor. All of that running in the game will lead to a shortened one, and a shortened game means nowhere near as many chances for points that arer quired for 3 touchdowns and a field goal a piece. I like the under.

Atlanta Falcons @ Pittsburgh Steelers(-6.5)

If the Steelers can't beat a team helmed by Cooper Rush then that will tell me everything I need to know about them. Next.

Cleveland Browns @ Jacksonville Jaguars(-9.5)

Similarly to the Steelers, Jacksonville needs to smash Cleveland. The offensive line is bad for teh Browns. Watson is horrible. The defense should be fine but there is a drop off from Myles Garrett to Jared Verse. The Browns are bad.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Cincinatti Bengals UNDER 50.5

Simply put, I just think the number is too high. Defense tends to be ahead of offense this time of year and Dexter Lawrence is a Monster that is capable of winning games on his own and Todd Bowles will send 5+ as often as he can. That pressure on a QB that loves to go 5 Out will lead to checkdowns more often than not. The Buccs offense has new things to figure out with no more Mike Evans or Rachaad White. Too many varibles on top of general trends for the over in this one.

New York Jets @ Tennessee Titans(-1.5)

New Orleans Saints @ Detroit Lions(-6.5)

This bet has bo bearing on the fact I think the Saints are going to probably be fine on the whole this season. I just think that Lions are going to be on the warpath after a year from hell in 2025. The Lions are going to smash any team that isn't a contender. Nothing against the Saints who I think will threaten a Wild Card spot.

Buffalo Bills @ Houston Texans UNDER 44.5

Houston has been a house of horrors for Josh Allen and the Houston offensive line is still really bad. I think we get a rock fight of all rock fights for these teams.

Arizona Cardinals @ Los Angeles Chargers(-9.5)

The Chargers need to cover. They just have too. Similar to the Steelers.

Green Bay Packers @ Minnesota Vikings(-1.5)

I think that Jordan Love tends to stink until November and Brian Flores will have him in the torture chamber. I also think Kyler Murray will look good with KOC and Justin Jefferson as part of his offense. The Packersd also have lost a ton of personnell on offense. I think teh Vikings really capitalzie.

I have no idea why the spread is so low. The Eagles on roster strength alone are so much better than the Commies. I like them to win and win big.
