16.5 is a big spread, undoubtedly. However, Colorado is in a tailspin. They are 3-7 in their last 10, including an ugly loss to North Colorado right before conference play tipped off. Losses to Kansas and Texas Tech are one thing. The Buffs have followed it up with losses to Cincy, WVU, and UCF.

Meanwhile Iowa State has very successfully bounced back from their back to back losses to KU and Cincy by beating UCF by 30 and OKST by 13. They're also 11-0 at home, making the cyclones a very easy best bet.
