Nick Sirianni is 4-0 after a bye week as the Eagles head coach. The Eagles are also getting reinforcements injury wise. AJ Brown and Nolan Smith have returned and getting those high level players back is massive for both sides of the ball.
While I do think the Packers are a good team, they just aren't healthy. Matthew Golden is definitively out. Zach Tom, Dontayvion Wicks, and Savion Williams are all game time decisions. This is on top of Tucker Kraft being done for the year. The Packers are just limited with bodies on offense and against a team as good as the Eagles, that's a massive problem.
