Northwestern is not in the same class as USC. Their 5-3 record is significantly better than their past seasons', but it's still wins over pre-interim UCLA, WIU, ULM, Penn State, and Purdue. The losses to Tulane and Nebraska really stand out as well. Those are good, not great teams.
