Obviously, anything can happen in conference play. Just this season We've seen the Tar Heels really struggle on the road, where they lost 3 in a row against SMU, Cal, and Stanford. However, we did just see them go into Charlottesville and beat UVA as 6.5 point dogs. UNC has seemingly turned the corner from their west coast swing and have now won 3 straight.

Syracuse is really struggling in a post Boeheim era. They are 5-5 in their last 10 and only just recently snapped a 4 game losing streak. They have, shamefully, lost to BC and were thumped by NC State. I do not see a world where they tip off in Chapel Hill and aren't overwhelmed by Caleb Wilson and company.

The Tar Heels and their 17th ranked offense by KenPom are the best bet against Syracuse, who are thoroughly mediocre.
