Simply Put, the Cubs are nowhere near as good the Twins and they are not sending their finest to the mound in Kyle Hendricks. I think that the Cubs scoring inconsistency is an issue for them at a high level. They've had a decent stretch of scoring runs but who knows how sustainable that is. The Twins meanwhile have been much more consistent and overcame a 5-12 start to the season and are firmly in their division hunt. I think the Twins continue their winnings ways while in Chicago and are best bet worthy.
