Simply put, I don't think the Bengals defense is good enough to support Joe Flacco. The Bengals have shown signs of life with Joe Flacco in these past 2 weeks, but I don't think those signs of life will translate into wins against decent teams. Pittsburgh is a solid 4-1 where all 3 phases are performing at an adequate level. I think that will be more than enough to beat a Bengals team with a bad OLine, bad run game, and mediocre defense. Steelers best bet.
