John Means being back and having a start like he never left should be horrifying for the rest of the AL. The Lefty was a legit Cy Young contender before going down with Tommy John, and now he has run support. Ryne Nelson hasn't had the length to truly impact games, and against a team that will more than happily grind your pitching staff to dust with an amazing overall approach to hitting, I don't see the Snakes surviving this one.

You play who play on your schedule. I will not fault the Phils for throttling the bad teams they've been frontloaded with facing. They should smash the Fish like they did last evening.
Houston Astros @ Detroit Tigers(-1.5)

The Tigers are skidding out of the AL Central race, but they have the AL Cy Young front runner taking the bump for them. All the Tigers will have to do is give him a lead heading into the 7th and they should be able to lock down an inconsistent Astros lineup.
Under the hood looks great for Skubal, and he has the counting stats to back it up. He's tossed 42.2 IP to the tune of a 1.90 ERA, 2.07 FIP, 0.77 WHIP, 32.7% K Rate, and 3.7% BB Rate all while stranding 77.2% of batters who reach the base paths.
