This game stinks, however it stinks in the Titans favor. The Titans have at least led in games in 2024, which the Dolphins have not. The Titans have the 13th ranked rushing offense by DVOA, which should take advantage of Miami's 31st ranked rushing defense. Miami also has the 29th ranked passing defense, so Tennessee should be able to take advantage of a poor overall defense.
The Titans should also whoop the worst run blocking offensive line in football and handle any combination of Tim Boyle, Skylar Thompson, and Tyler Huntley. If they didn't win this game, they truly are putrid and easily the worst team in the NFL.

I would feel a lot more comfortable just taking the over if the Seahawks weren't going to be without Boye Mafe, Byron Murphy II, Leonard Williams, and Uchenna Nwosu on defense and hadn't just put George Fant on IR. Being down your starting front 4 against the Lions Offensive Line is bad and not good. Having back up tackles when facing Aidan Hutchinson is bad and not good. I still think the Seahawks will be competitive, but the Lions will assert themselves in the trenches and I expect them to win comfortably at home.
