I've sang the praises of the Rockies being regular bad all season and today I'll sing them again. A positive line for the Snakes is such a boon, especially with a resurgent Eddy Rodriguez toeing the mound. He's had a great 2026 and I see that continuing against a lackluster Rox lineup.
Milwaukee Brewers(-1.5) @ Minnesota Twins

The Brewers are really good and have started to string some wins together. They swept the Yankees and took 2 out of 3 from the Padres. Against a lesser AL team like the Twins I think they win comfortably.
Texas Rangers(-1.5) @ Houston Astros

It's a Jacob deGrom start. The Astros only strength are their bats and even then a great pitcher like deGrom can keep them down. I expect the Rangers and A's to make some moves to be above .500 at the end of May. I think that we see a Rangers win.
Los Angeles Dodgers(-1.5) @ Los Angeles Angels

The Dodgers are such a strong team that I think Jose Soriano gets touched up. He's had issues against the White Sox, who post a solid lineup, not a great one. The Dodgers have a great lineup that I think gets the job done. I also think that Justin Wrobleski has a bounce back start after giving up 7, over 8.2 IP for what it's worth. He's pitched incredibly well against good offenses like the Cubs and Cardinals, and I think he can dominate Mike Trout and a bunch of guys.
San Diego Padres @ Seattle Mariners(-1.5)

FD +125
The Padres are a very good team with a mediocre offense. They do everything well besides that. The Mariners have been inconsistent at best. They have a losing record but a positive run differential. On days they hit they can't pitch. On days they pitch they can't hit. I do think they are on the verge of a run as they took a series from the Braves and won 3 out of 4 in Houston. I think that they are more than capable of taking two out of three from the Padres, especially with Logan Gilbert taking the bump against a washed Walker Buehler.
