I don't trust France at all. Truly. Their captain is a complete and utter headcase of the highest order. Kylian Mbappe mya be the most talented player on the planet but he was throwing temper tantrums over Antoine Greizmann and Olivier Giroud being higher on the talisman pecking order during Euros 2024. His refusal to press and play defense will give the Senegalese and their dynamic attack lead by Sadio Mane plenty of opportunities to score. France themselves will likely score multiple times, but the Mbappe shaped cloud overhead is looming and I think that cloud will cause another poor performance like what we saw with their match against the Ivory Coast.

You cannot teach 6'4. You especially cannot teach 6'4 with an energizer bunny motor. Martin Odegaard will lob some passes over the top and those will land at Haaland's feet for multiple goals. Norway all the way tonight.

I love these odds because we're going to see Argentia score 3 on their own. They are one of the best teams in the field still and even with an aged Messi. Emmy Martinez is still in net, Rodrigo De Paul, Enzo Fernandez, and Alexis Mac Allister are still patrolling the midfield, and Messi is still joined by Lautaro Martinez and Thiago Alamada. This time around they also have great, youthful quality of the bench thanks to Julian Alvarez, Giuliano Simeone, and Nico Paz. Algeria is fine, but not fine enough to take down the defending champs.

Frankly, I know a lot of Austria's players thanks to watching the Bundesliga and I don't know anybody playing soccer for the Kingdom of Jordan. I think Austria is going to handle their business.
