The Red Sox have been playing some great baseball of late. They have been flattening bad teams like the Angels and Mets while also sweeping the above average White Sox. This good play and false hope will be punctuated against the horrible Mets with a great Payton Tolle start. I think the Sox win comfortably before losing all hope on their west coast road trip in late July.

The Trop is a fortress and the Mariners are a joke. I think that we see a clean sweep from the Rays as the Mariners fall into complete obscurity.

Cleveland Guardians @ Miami Marlins(ML)

Even though Cleveland has taken the first two games of this three game set, I think that the Marlins, who have been outstanding of late, will take the last game heading into the All-Star Break. The Fish are 21-9 in their last 30 and 31-19 at home. Since June 1st no team has racked up more fWAR at 8.9 and they are slashing .273/.350/.473 as a team. That batting prowess is paired up with the 4th best pitching fWAR since June 1st at 5.0 and a team ERA and team FIP of 3.41 and 3.76 respectively. The split is also the 9th best group of starters and the 2nd best group of relievers. They are an actual good team worth wagering American currency on.

The Guard Dawgs are one of the few chosen semi-competent American League teams, so good for them. They get to lose to the Yankees or Rays in the playoffs.

The A's aren't good but JT Ginn is. The White Sox are kind of good but Noah Schultz is not. Both teams can hit but the A's are better at hitting than the White Sox so I'm going with the team with the good starter that can hit.
