It's THE College Football Saturday. Let's have a day of best bets on great games.

Penn State @ USC UNDER 51.0

DK -108

FD -105

Simply put, Penn State plays at a tortoise's pace and just let their sheer mass win the day in the second half. While USC has undoubtedly improved on defense, they are still susceptible in the trenches. In terms of EPA per play, they rank 93rd in the NCAA against the rush, 81st in line yards allowed, and 89th in stuff rate. That won't be good enough against a Penn State OLine that has NFL talent and quality college backs. The lethargic pace and amount of ground and pound will lead to only a handful of possessions, give me the under all day.

Texas @ Oklahoma OVER 49.0

DK -110

FD -118

A tradition unlike any other. Betting anything that isn't the over is heresy in the Red River Shootout. Ewers is back. Oklahoma isn't anemic, this game should be in the 30's.

Ole Miss @ LSU OVER 62.0

DK -112

FD -108

55-49. 45-20. 53-48. 58-37. 45-16. 40-24. 38-21. These are the scores of every over over and push when these two teams play. They've covered overs in the 70's. These teams just forget how to play defense and play bonkers games, and I expect another classic in Baton Rouge.

Ohio State(-3.0) @ Oregon

DK -110

FD -102

Oregon is very fake. Dillon Gabriel has been a disappointment and they have only covered against Oregon State. They've done a better job of handling business against UCLA and Michigan State, but it's been harder than it's needed to be. Meanwhile Ohio State has exclusively been taking care of business and are impossible to defend, especially with Will Howard as a dual threat QB. Jeremiah Smith and Emeka Egbuka are dynamic at receiver, and Treveyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins are great out of the backfield.

This is all before getting to them having 5 potential top 5 picks on defense. Jack Sawyer and JT Tuimoloau are monsters on the EDGE and Denzel Burke, Jordan Hancock, and Sonny Styles are very difficult to throw on. With the issues Oregon has had moving the ball against inferior competition, I don't see them overcoming phenomenal competition.
