David Peterson has had a brutal start to his 2026 campaign. He's given up 5 earned runs in both starts and those were against the Diamondbacks and Giants, who are still in the middle of the pack. Now he faces a monster of a lineup in the Dodgers' and I don't see how he leaves the game in a winning position. The Mets best option is to outmuscle the Dodgers and that is easier said than done.
