Ryan Pepiot is taking the bump for the Rays and has given up at least 3 runs in his past three starts, including a 6 run wart against the Red Sox at Fenway. Dylan Cease has been himself aside from a 10 run aberration against a solid Athletics' lineup. I think that all Cease has to do is get to the Bullpen with a lead and the Padres will shut the door. This will take the Friars' lineup to do enough damage to cover but I think they have that in them to make this the best bet.
