WE WILL HIT BEST BETS IN JUNE
Miami Marlins @ Tampa Bay Rays(-1.5)
DK -125
FD -125
Miami is really bad, again. The Tampa Bay Rays have alligator blood as a franchise. They're above .500 in June yet again. Drew Rasmussen has been a beast. Junior Caminero and Jonathan Aranda are leading an 11th ranked offense by fWAR. Give me the Rays in the matinee.
San Diego Padres(-1.5) @ Milwaukee Brewers
DK +150
FD +158
I don't trust Aaron Civale at all. Twirling the pill against hapless teams does not move me. The Padres have been remarkably consistent over the past 5 seasons and I will continue to bet on them winning games comfortably on the back of outstanding pitching.
Toronto Blue Jays @ Minnesota Twins(-1.5)
DK +110
FD +110
Bowden Francis is quite bad. Joe Ryan is quite good. Give me the quite good pitcher over the quite bad pitcher when the teams are comparable.
Kansas City Royals(-1.5) @ Chicago White Sox
DK +105
FD +105
Frankly speaking, this is a pride pick. KC has to salvage an otherwise dismal showing in the south side.
Seattle Mariners(-1.5) @ Los Angeles Angels
DK +110
FD +105
I just don't think the Mariners can afford to lose this series. I also think that they're due to score some runs outside of Cal Raleigh. The Angels just aren't that good and George Kirby should be able to pitch a 1-2 run game and the M's get out of Anaheim with a series win.
