Cleveland Guardians @ San Francisco Giants(-1.5)

MLB Best Bet Season Record: 50-61
The Cleveland Guardians have been quite bad in June. Their offensive fWAR ranks 26th with only accruing 0.5 since the start of the month. Jose Ramirez is as steady as ever, slashing .327/.400/.551 and Nolan Jones has been a nice player with a .320/.433/.480 slash line, but two bats swinging well doesn't help anybody.
Cleveland being inept offensively is nothing new. The issue during their 2-8 stretch is their pitching fWAR ranks 19th with 1.0. The pitching and defense is Cleveland's game put the pitching has not held up their end of the bargain, leading to a terrible month.
So a team that can't hit and can't pitch is facing one of the best teams in Baseball in the San Francisco Giants. The hitting isn't amazing in San Fran but they just added Rafael Devers who immediately makes the lineup threatening. The Pitching staff has been awesome, and one of those awesome starters is Robbie Ray who has been remarkably impressive in 2025. He has tossed 81.1 IP of 2.55 ERA/2.98 FIP with a 10.18 K/9. He's been excellent and should carve up a floundering Guardians team.
As for Slade Cecconi, he should get touched up by the Bay Area lineup. He doesn't go deep and gets shelled. 1st percentile barrel rate and 1st percentile average exit velocity. Nothing good from him and why the Giants are the best bet.
